The research programme Literary Cultures focuses on literature as a central cultural element that is part of and mutually impacts diverse artistic, interpersonal and institutional contexts. Literary Cultures is an interdisciplinary and inclusive research programme focused on collaboration and the exchange of experience concerning the study and teaching of literature in all its diversity ranging from ancient history to its place in contemporary media culture. With this broad and inclusive focus on literary cultures the aim of the programme is to create coherence between the literary environments at School of Communication and Culture and support academic communities and research initiatives that are part of these environments. Literary Cultures welcomes all researchers and all kinds of research that are related to literary studies
