KCL offers a number of seminars, PhD-courses and e-learning courses on good research communication, language for special purposes and translation.
KCL's courses are offered as short, intense seminars as well as more thorough courses of long duration. The participants may be attached to research and educational institutions, companies or public and private institutions. Depending on the course, it may be very subject specific and address a narrow circle or it may address all with an interest in communication, dissemination and knowledge sharing.
It applies to all the courses that for a period of time the participant will gain access to the tools developed at KCL. The tools are intended to support our educational intention of involvement of the participant's own competences in a way that encourages to further knowledge sharing between the participants. Moreover, the experiences we gain serve to optimise an ongoing development process.
Tailored courses
KCL also offers tailored courses for e.g. companies, basic research centres and consultancies wishing to give their employees a supplementary training course in professional text production and communication.
If you are interested in knowing more about what we can offer your company, you are welcome to contact course manager Professor Morten Pilegaard at KCL.
