Snagit is a tool for screen capture in the form of images or video. It also has a built in function for capturing individual webpages.
A basic editor is included, allowing for adjustments, e.g. circling objects, blurring faces or names, or adding arrows.
The application is commercial. A trial version is available; it allows for a fifteen days trial period and includes a watermark on captures.
