The contributions to the special section must comply with the general procedures for the reviewing process of HERMES. The editors may address reviewers from the board or central researchers from relevant fields.
HERMES gives high priority to fast publication so guest editors are asked to strive for completing the reviewing process in the span of six months upon submission of papers.
Guest editors are asked to compose a short promotion announcement about the thematic section to be published on HERMES' website.
