Workshop: Questions & Approaches to VoD catalogue research. VoD services’ catalogues are the gateways to film and television content from across the world, particularly for younger audiences. In this workshop we discuss both quantitative and qualitative approaches to researching VoD catalogue composition as well as questions of discoverability, distribution patterns and discuss implications for trade and policy. The workshop is focused on emergent methods and applications of catalogue research within the contexts of broader transnational media research.
