I am conducting a project on the Nordic manosphere, with a focus on Involuntary Celibates (Incels). Using a mixed methods approach, the project explores the size, scope, and capabilities of Nordic Incel communities. Rooted in Digital Science and Technology Studies (STS) and incorporating insights from Masculinity Studies, the aim is to deepen the understanding of the practices, core concepts, and lived experiences that define Incel identity in the Nordic context.
