Circos Table Viewer is an online service which can analyse and visualise relations between data in datasets.
An example of a visualisation is this figure which shows whow small, medium-sized, and large websites linked to each other on the Danish web in 2006.

For datasets with sensitive information an offline application must be installed. It still uses the online installation to treat the data, but the online data are deleted after ten minutes, while the resources and the analysis are kept in the offline installation. The offline version works for UNIX or Windows.
