On Tuesday February 25, 2020, tekom Danmark and Aarhus University will hold a joint event. The event will take place at Aarhus University from 13.00 to 18.00. The topic of the event is "Quality Management" in communication in tech companies. At the event we have a strong line-up of international and national speakers with interesting topics to share with you:

• Matthew Ellison will talk about his work with using observation to enhance the quality of help and user assistance for software applications
  
  
• Mark D. Childress ​will talk about how to achieve good quality in terminology management in a software company
  
  
• Maiken Blok-Wahlgreen​ will talk about her own carreer path from studying organisational communication into a job as technical communicator
  
  
• From Aarhus University, School of Communication and Culture, Jan Engberg and Carmen Daniela Maier will talk about assessing the quality of knowledge communication in websites
