Student Portfolio Exhibition Goes Live: Curating Data at the Centre for Critical Data Practices
Students from the Critical Data Studies elective have curated an online exhibition that is now live!
As students in the Critical Data Studies Programme at Aarhus University begin their second semester, the Centre for Critical Data Practices is pleased to announce the online exhibition of student portfolios developed during the Curating Data course and launched in December last year.
The exhibition showcases a diverse range of projects created by students as part of their first-semester work, reflecting critical, creative, and experimental approaches to data. Through their portfolios, students engage with data as a cultural, political, and social material, exploring how data can be collected, interpreted, curated, and contested.
The exhibition is now publicly available online and can be viewed here: https://cd2025.hotglue.me/
To build many of the sites, including the main webpage, tool HOTGLUE.ME was used. Hotglue is a simple tool for web publishing developed by Danja Vasiliev and Gottfried Haider
