Edorta Arana Arrieta, senior lecturer at the University of the Basque Country has been visiting the Department between September and December 2021 to collaborate on research regarding TV scheduling in the digital era.

In November 2021, the Department of Media and Journalism Studies at Aarhus University welcomed members of the ECREA Executive Board and the event agency C-IN for their first site visit to Aarhus. The ECREA 2022 conference will take place in October 2022.

Den åbne workshop ‘Nordic Anthropocene Media’ blev afholdt på Aarhus Universitet mandag den 20. september 2021. Workshoppen er startskuddet på et fremtidigt samarbejde på tværs af landegrænser samt etablering af Environmental Media and Journalism Studies på Aarhus Universitet.

The Department of Media and Journalism Studies, the School of Communication and Culture together with the European Communications Research and Education Association (ECREA) and Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX) will host the 9th European Communication Conference in 2022 in Aarhus (Denmark).
