Hidden Plant Stories dabase with 450 danish oilpaintings made from 1820 - 1920, coded with 27 datapoints.

The database is etablished by an interdiscpinary research team with botanist PhD Anders Barfod, art historian, PhD Pernille Leth-Espensen, art historian PhD Gertrud Oelsner, archeologist PhD Nick Shepherd og PhD in Aesthetics and Culture Anette Vandsø (PI), who has etablisehd the data-values the database is coded with.

The artworks were collected by  Leth-Espensen and studenthelper Martin Bjerg Dahl and coded by Leth-Espensen and studenthelpers  Martin Bjerg Dahl, Amalie Søvndal, Sira Cecilie Hentxe Kjeldal spring 2024. Databasen is made public by the end of the project period, spring 2026
