Last month the deadline for submission of abstracts for ECREA in Aarhus passed. This year’s conference has received 2021 abstracts, which is a new record for ECREA.

The 9th European Communication Conference will be held in Aarhus, 19-22 October 2022. Proposals for papers, panels and posters can be submitted through the submission platform until 17 February 2022.
Edorta Arana Arrieta, senior lecturer at the University of the Basque Country has been visiting the Department between September and December 2021 to collaborate on research regarding TV scheduling in the digital era.
In November 2021, the Department of Media and Journalism Studies at Aarhus University welcomed members of the ECREA Executive Board and the event agency C-IN for their first site visit to Aarhus. The ECREA 2022 conference will take place in October 2022.
