In these weeks the Centre for the Study of the Literatures and Cultures of Slavey  have the pleasure of hosting Prof. Biljana Oklopcic from the Universiy of Osijek, Croatia. On Wednesday she will give a short presentation of her project “Drownd herself”^[1]: Female Slave Suicides in the American South. The project is in its early stages, so it will be an informal exchange on a presentation of initial ideas by Biljana.
