“In this report, we explore the interconnections between sustainability policy and cultural policy, examining how both are evolving in response to Agenda 2030 and its sustainability goals. Through document studies and interviews, we provide insights into these questions from various perspectives. Culture is not defined as an independent dimension of sustainability alongside the economy, social conditions, and the environment. Additionally, there are no specific sustainability goals related to culture. Therefore, how does the cultural sector respond to the recognition that sustainable transformation and the sustainability goals are the primary focus of Norwegian policy until 2030?”
