									<p>The PhD degree at Arts gives you the highest degree of education in the country and qualifies you for a number of jobs with research functions – both inside and outside the university world. The program is aimed at the best graduate students who can apply for admission to the 4-year PhD scheme and postgraduate candidates with a completed Master’s degree who may apply for admission to the 3-year PhD scheme. In both cases candidates’ admission is based on merits and a submitted project proposal. At the meeting you will be informed about the education, possible stipends, and how to best write your project proposal.</p>
